We are able to provide our rapid, simple service because we maintain a consistent stock of quality goods.

Stock Colors: We keep Black, White, and Grey shirts in stock for all standard turnaround times.

Stock Sizes: We stock sizes S, M, L, XL, and XXL.

Custom Orders & Quotes

Larger Sizes: Larger sizes (XXXL and up) are available, but they require a small upcharge and may require additional lead time.

Alternate Colors: Other colors are available, but they may require additional lead time beyond our standard 3-5 days.

Alternate Items and Apparel: Items such as hoodies, long-sleeve T-shirts, tote bags, and drink koozies are available upon request but will require a custom quote.

Customer-Supplied Blanks

We are happy to print on garments you supply, provided they meet our material requirements. A service fee of $8.00 per item applies, and a liability waiver must be signed, as we cannot be responsible for replacing the garment if damaged during the pressing process.

Suitable Materials ONLY: We can only press on 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester, or standard 50/50 Cotton/Poly blends. We reserve the right to refuse printing on any unsuitable materials.

Service Fee: The service fee is $8.00 per item (transfers included).

Crucial Liability Waiver: By providing your own garment, you acknowledge and agree that Short Run Merch is not responsible for the replacement cost or sentimental value of any damaged garment. Our liability is strictly limited to refunding the $8.00 Service Fee for that item.

Print-on-Site Services

Add an unforgettable experience to your event with live, on-site printing. This premium service is perfect for bands, festivals, or corporate events. Print (and pay) for only the shirts you actually sell! This guarantees zero risk of unsold boxes of leftover shirts taking up space in your closet.

We love printing perfect files! This policy helps us keep your costs low and your production time fast

File Preparation

Send Us Print-Ready Files: Sending us a print-ready CMYK 300dpi PNG file at actual print size ensures there will be no set up charge.

File Correction: If we need to make adjustments, conversions, or cleanup to make your file print-ready, a $35.00 one-time Digital Asset Fee applies.

Custom Graphic Design

New Design Services: While we specialize in printing, we offer professional custom graphic design if you need to create a brand-new logo or concept from scratch. Fee: This is a premium service billed at $70.00 per hour .

Design Agreement and Process:

To protect your time and ours, we follow a structured process for all custom design work:

Initial Consultation & Estimate: You provide your concept or ideas. We will provide a quote based on the estimated required hours. Payment is required before the design work can begin.

Concept Delivery: We will deliver 1–2 design concepts for your approval.

Revisions: The initial estimate includes one (1) round of minor revisions (e.g., color or font adjustments). Any further substantial revisions will be billed at the standard $70/hour rate.

Ownership and Final Files: Once the full design fee is paid, you own the full rights to the final approved design. We will deliver the final, print-ready files (typically high-resolution PNG in both CMYK and RGB for both print and web).

General Helpful Information

Turnaround Time: Our standard turnaround time for in-stock colors and sizes is 3–5 business days. Rush service (2–3 days) and Emerhency Service (24–48 hours) are available for an extra fee.

Pickup: Local pickup in Fort Worth is free of charge.

Delivery: Delivery within Fort Worth is a $10.00 flat fee. Delivery outside of Fort Worth requires a custom quote.

Payment: Payment for Design Services are due in full upon placing the order (or at pickup for established clients).
